Who are our clients?
While health care clients represent the bulk of our client base, we represent hundreds of clients in many other industries including restaurants, staffing companies, banks and professional sports teams, as these industries all hire individuals who qualify for tax credits.

Governmental Affairs
SimTax has always been at the forefront of legislative efforts in Washington and we continue to be leaders in obtaining hiring tax credit legislation beneficial to all employers. We have a team of personnel who act as liaisons with State agencies. This ensures we meet each State’s requirements and this facilitates the receipt of certifications.

Compensation
You do not assume any financial risk by signing a contract with us. We only charge a fee if we are successful in obtaining tax credits for your company. SimTax does not benefit unless our clients benefit from this program.
